After the consultation:

• Link to access secure portal will be emailed to you.
• Your lactation care plan will be accessed via secure portal.
• Telephone follow up a few days to one week after consult.
• If self-pay, you will receive a superbill receipt for insurance reimbursement purposes.
• Some breastfeeding situations require multiple visits and additional consultations might be suggested.
• A summary report of the consultation will be sent to the appropriate medical professionals involved in your care (pediatrician, obstetrician, midwife).
